Trey One Year, Twelve Months, 365 Days

::TREY::
Weight - 24lb 8oz (he weighed more a few weeks ago before his surgery, then must have lost a little afterwards)
Height - 32.25 in
Clothes - 18-24 months, some 2T
Diaper - Size 4 during the day, Size 5 at night

How is he one years old already?!  This past year really has flown by.  I can't believe I will never buy another can of formula - EVER.  Weird.  It will be really weird when I no longer have to buy diapers!!  But that won't be for like another 2 years.

Trey has been the best little baby ever.  I couldn't have asked for a sweeter kid.  I don't think I would have survived with any other baby.  This past month has definitely been a little harder than the rest.  He's starting to get a little more needy and only wants his mama.  He's too funny.  At church he'll be crawling down the hall, laughing and giggling away, and the second anyone else tries to pick him up he starts crying.  I've never really had a baby like that.  I think as babies the triplets would have taken any attention - form me or anyone else haha.  Although, they are all like that now - probably because they are with me ALL day EVERYDAY.  I mean, I guess it makes sense that they don't really feel comfortable with anyone else.  But it definitely is harder when you have 4 little kiddos who ALL want YOU.

Trey still sleeps 8:30pm-8:30am with two naps (10:30am-12:30pm and 2:30pm-4:30pm).  He's such a fantastic sleeper.  I just hand him his blanket, drop him in his crib, turn his sound machine on, turn the light off and walk out.  He just puts himself to sleep.  He never really cries when he wakes up.  Thank goodness for a video monitor or else I would never know when he was awake.  I just look at the monitor and see him sitting or standing up in his crib sucking on his blanket.  I do sing a couple songs to him before I put him to bed at night though.  He hums along with me while laying on my shoulder.  Oh man, I die every night when he does it.  It's the best.

Trey still doesn't eat very well.  I feel like I have to force the spoon in his mouth and then he'll swallow it.  He always turns his head away from food, but once it's in his mouth he doesn't spit it out.  He does pretty well with table food that he can just pick up and feed himself.  Although he has figured out how to throw it on the ground and thinks it's a game now.

Trey is obsessed with Despicable Me.  If we have that movie on he is GLUED.  Any other show he's not as interested.  It's so funny.  He's definitely more like Julie when it comes to TV.  Cruz and Kash don't really watch it at all.  Trey loves the water and could play in it all day if I let him.  I took him to the splash pad the other day and he was in seventh heaven.  Trey has 8 teeth still - I think I couple more are starting to come in, but we'll see when they decide to make their appearance.  I love his big ol' cheeser.  He completely brightens our day!

Trey's 1st Birthday Party - Baseball Theme

I can't believe my sweet baby is almost ONE!  This last year has flown by.  I still remember my water breaking at 6am and thinking I just peed the bed.  Less than 3 hours later I was hearing the most precious cry I have ever heard.  My birth story is found here

I decided to do a baseball themed party.  I saw a few ideas on Pinterest and just picked a few of my favorite things to recreate.
::INVITES::
Found here.
I definitely wouldn't consider myself a crafty person, but I tried.  I think this is the second time I've used a glue gun.  :) I made the banner by copying this
::DECORATIONS::

I made a ton of faces - so I added another banner around the mantle.  Cute little stink.

Hot Dog on a Stick (Twinkies).
Popcorn
MVP Nothing Bundt Cake
Bundtinis
Soda Pop

Outside fun!  We had a water slide, bounce house, blowup pool, water table, and a trampoline to keep the kids occupied.  It seemed to do the trick (minus the fact that the water slide popped at the end of the party).  :/
Julie & Summer
We sure do love this kid.  He's the perfect ending to our miracle babies.
He's turing into such a mamas boy.

Yummy food.  My mom and dad came down the night before to help me prepare all the food.  Thank goodness for moms right?!  I couldn't have done it without her.
Watching Trey's birth story.
Singing Happy Birthday.
He was seriously so excited to have all the attention on him.  It was hilarious.

I'm obsessed with his crossed fingers.

Going to town.
This face kills me.
Yay!

Best. Cake. Ever.  If you haven't tried Nothing Bundt Cake you are missing out.  YUM!
Curtis' family came out for Trey's big day.  It was so fun having them all there.  We stayed up late playing games, laughing until we couldn't breathe, with tears literally streaming down our faces.  It was such a fun ending to an absolute perfect day!  Thank you to all that came out and made it so special!

Trey's 1 Year Photos

My friend Janessa has done it again.  She captured the sweetest pictures of Trey for his 1st birthday! I LOVED every single one of them.  I can't believe he'll be ONE in 3 days.
