High Fitness 70s Event

I've been obsessed with High Fitness for the past few years.   If you haven't tried High - you're missing out!  It such a fun workout and will leave you sweating up a storm with a big smile on your face.  I teach with one of my best friends Cara twice a week and still love it!  We had a 70s event in June with some other instructors at Just Dance Studio.

Curtis is one of our biggest supporters.  He comes to my class every week.  He showed up in regular clothes and then busted out this....

I was DYING!!!  Hahaha...  Hilarious.  He even choreographed our cool down to 70s music.  He's a keeper. 

The Great American Barbershop

The boys have come so far when it comes to getting haircuts - especially Trey.  The Great American Barber shop in Fresno did such a great job with all of them.  There's nothing better than a fresh cut!

People always ask me if it's easier now that they're a little older... I feel like every stage brings on a different hard.  Right??  But I did feel like I was drowning a couple years ago and now I feel like I'm finally coming up for air a little.
