Last Wednesday I gave my first injections!! I was a little nervous...hands shaking...but everything went good. My class went to a nursing home and gave patients flu shots. I only got to do three...but then today we went to the Utah State Hospital and gave all the employees flu shots as well. They just kept coming... I did over 20 injections today. I feel pretty confident now! :)

I just think this is the coolest thing ever. I TOTALLY admire you for doing this nursing thing. I have about 4 nursey friends, but just reading about the flu shots makes me feel "faint". LOL I just can't stomach it, so I'm totally proud of YOU. (well, actually, you should be proud of YOURSELF!) You go girl!

I had to get a shot in the butt when I hurt my hand. It hurt pretty bad. I think you should just keep giving them in the arm! When are you planning on being done with nursing? I think nursing fits you so well! I am working on being a medical transcriptionist. It is hard! Last night was fun but next week we are going to rock it! I'll let you know about this weekend!
