Families Are Forever

We had an amazing week!  It started off with my sister and her kids coming to Clovis to visit for a couple days.  Then Jamie, Tyler and the kids came to Clovis for a night.  The next day the WHOLE family met at Grandma and Grandpa's in Hollister for the weekend.  17 grandkids (9 years old and younger) all under one roof.  It was crazy awesome.  I have the best family.
Auntie Kimmy and Lia.

My sister, mom and me.  Love these girls.
My two whiner butts just wanted to be held.
Our neighborhood has the cutest pool/park area.  It was a perfect pool day in Clovis.
I love goggles on kids.
Cruz just chillin' poolside.
Enough babies to go around.
Esther and Julie.
Kash fell asleep on Drew.  He was so proud.
Sweet Jack and Kash.
Summer and Kash.

:FRIDAY:
Olivia and Cody helped us on the drive up to Oakland.  They were professional binkie putter backers. All 3 babies were crying at the same time and Olivia got a little overwhelmed.  Haha...
Cody
My eternal family.  SO grateful.
I love my family.  Doesn't get much better than this.

 So sweet.

 Esther
 Julie
Tyler, Cruz, John and Esther
Steven, Drew and Luke.
Olivia and Cody.
Stephanie and Lia.
Tyler, Cruz and Alex.

:SATURDAY:
The men stayed home to take care of the 17 kids while the girls went to Costco!
The family went to Casa de Fruta for some fun.  Curtis and I stayed home with the babies.
Jill and her cute kids.
Kyle and Alex

:SUNDAY:
Curtis' 1st Father's Day!!  He truly is an amazing daddy already.  Completely exceeded my expectations.  I love him so much!
Grandpa and his youngest grandchild - Julie.  I have the most amazing father.  He treats my mom with the utmost respect.  They have the kind of relationship that makes everyone else jealous.  I love that about him.  He loves his kids so much and is always there for us.
The babies met their Baba for the first time.  It's not everyday you get to meet your great-grandmother.  The babies were born on her 93rd birthday - April 9th, 2013.
This picture is priceless to me.  I love it.
Cute little stinks.
FOUR generations.
My siblings (youngest to oldest).  Me, John, Tyler, Mitch and Stephanie.
Hands down - BEST helper ever.  She would help with feedings, burping, changing, bathing, dressing, putting lotion on, etc.  She even asked me if she could help with the middle of the night feedings.  She is the sweetest kid ever.
Popsicle party for Esther!  Jamie is SO creative.
She turned two on Father's Day - June 16th.

Too cute.

Lia and Esther with their popsicles.
Some of the 17 grandkids.  They all get along SO well.  I love it.  I wish we all lived closer!
Piñata time!
Alex blowing bubbles.
Tyler and Esther.
This kid has come a LONG way.  He used to be terrified of dogs!  Now Tyson is his best friend.  :)
Kyle and Steven picking up dog poop.  What great helpers.

Oh gosh. I hope this isn't too personal of a question....it looks like you guys were sealed on the day of the temple pic. I assume you guys were married in the temple so I was just curious if you have to be sealed to your children if they're born through sorogacy? Please don't be offended by my nosiness!!! And thanks for sharing your beautiful babies with me:)

Hi, you don't know me but I watched your story on the news & I'm searching for someone that has gone through the surrogacy process, to ask a question. My husband & I are going through the same thing that you & your husband went through, I cannot carry a child & adoption just doesn't feel right. I've been searching and searching online to find the medical cost of the surrogacy. I can find the cost of hiring a surrogate but if I had a volunteer, as you did, what is the medical cost of the fertilization process? I understand if you don't want to talk prices with a stranger but just at the off chance you do, I would love to have someone to discuss this with. My email address is shop.eliza@gmail.com, or you could reply to this comment. I understand if you aren't comfortable telling me : )
